After twenty years of coaching, Nicole kept meeting the same gap: leaders rarely lack insight, they lack a private place to practice. So she started building. Every tool she makes, and every tool this studio sets up, follows the same principle: AI is for personalization, insight, and repetition; humans are for judgment, relationships, and growth.
Socratyc Sidekick is the flagship: an executive practice platform built against ICF coaching competency rubrics, with unlimited private rehearsal for high-stakes conversations. Sessions are private by default, the leader alone decides what to share, and practice data is never used to train third-party AI models. LeaderReady carries the same design into conversation prep for leaders.
Where This Comes From
Built by an AI Founder and Her Team
Socratyc AI Studios grew out of Socratyc, the practice Nicole M. Alos founded, and out of what she learned building her own products on Lovable, Yoodli, and Claude. The method is the same on both sides: start with the goal, ask before advising, and build capability in the person rather than dependence on the advisor.
Coaching clients leave with skills they own; studio clients leave with tools they own, documentation they can follow, and someone to call when the business changes.

The Team
Socratyc AI Studios is a women-builder team. Each engagement pairs a lead who owns the goal with builders and trainers who set up the tools, write the documentation, and run the sessions. Everyone on the team has built on the same tools we set up for clients.
Studio lead
Owns the goal, runs the discovery conversation, and stays accountable for the recommendation from first call to handoff.
Integration builder
Sets up the accounts, connects the tools to each other, and moves your existing data into the new stack.
Documentation and training
Writes the plain-language guides and runs the walkthroughs so your team can operate everything without us.
